#2 PRACTICE TOWARD REALIZING AND MANIFESTING YOUR ARTISTIC AND LIFE GOALS:

PRACTICE TOWARD REALIZING AND MANIFESTING YOUR ARTISTIC AND LIFE GOALS:

Yesterday you asked yourself what it is you wanted. You wrote it down. You said it outloud.

TODAY:
2. Flesh it out.
So now you have asked yourself what you want. Today let's take a closer look at that goal and begin to clarify it.

Maybe your goal was "I want to be a professional artist." or "I want to sell my art." or "I want to lose 20 lbs." It doesn't matter what the goal is, you've taken a first step in the direction of realizing that goal when you expressed it. Today explore it.

Clarifying Exercise:
If you want to be a "professional artist" then define what that means to you. In your eyes what is a professional artist? Make a list of the life and qualities you believe define the life of a professional artist. Then Google it, research how others define a professional artist and write that down on a separate list. Also interview or talk with artist that you perceive to be what you wish to become.

Now compare these two lists. Cross off any qualities that you don't find sync with the ideal of your desired goal. Underline those qualities which you already own. Circle those items that you need to incorporate to reach your goal. Then set it aside for today. You've done some great work toward clarifying what it is you want.

Now just give yourself some time to sit with the defined idea brewing in your mind. You will begin to see more opportunities put in your path to help you reach any goal once it has become a clear idea because now you know you are beginning to understand where your path lies.

#1 PRACTICE TOWARD REALIZING AND MANIFESTING YOUR ARTISTIC AND LIFE GOALS:

PRACTICE TOWARD REALIZING AND MANIFESTING YOUR ARTISTIC AND LIFE GOALS:

TODAY:
1. Ask Yourself What it is you Want

Sounds easy right?  We lead busy lives and often forget to stop and assess what it is we truly want.  Take time to stop working on autopilot and begin asking yourself the question and defining solid answers that may be realized.

Don't let fear lead you, ask yourself.  What would I want if there were no  chance of failure or rejection?  Turn off your negative voice, turn off your pessimistic voice and just sit with your dreams in a positive light.

Write them down.  Say them out loud.  There is a lot of power in just putting it out to the universe.
